I have food allergies; can you modify meals for my diets?
Our kitchen processes many known allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, nuts, soy, and gluten. We are unable to specially modify our recipes at this time.

I misplaced my cooking instructions; can I get a copy on the website?
Yup! All our cooking instructions are listed with each product within our website. Simply find your item and you will be able to print cooking instructions.

How long will my meals last in the freezer?
If meals are promptly and properly stored in your freezer, Presto Dinners will stay fresh for up to 6 months.


Is this a membership or subscription based meal service?
We don’t believe in memberships or subscriptions, and there is no requirement for order frequency.

Is there a minimum order amount for online pickup orders?
Nope! Order as much or as little as you want!

After placing my order online, when will my order be ready for pickup?
We try our best to keep all menu items stocked, however, at peak times, we may be at a 24-48 hour lead time. You can also pick the exact date and time (during normal business hours) you want to pickup your order when using our online ordering system. 

How is Presto Dinners different from frozen meals from the grocery store?
Our meals are handcrafted, and because we are not mass producing, you can be assured that our meals are top quality, and taste home made!

What is the return policy?
If you are not happy with any product that you have purchased from Presto Dinners, please notify us, in writing, within 30 days after purchase, or stop by our kitchen. Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Please note that taste preference will not be a valid refund reason. Presto Dinners reserves the right, at its sole discretion if refunds will be approved. Due to the nature of our frozen product, we cannot accept returned orders.

What is the order cancellation policy?
You may cancel an order with advance notice.
